Return/refund policy
1. Trial service is not provided for all products. Once the package is opened, it will not be returned for non-quality reasons
2. Product damage caused by your personal reasons (such as modifying the size, washing, wearing for a long time, etc.), improper storage, normal wear and tear of the product, will not be returned;
3. Product quality problems caused by unauthorized maintenance, misuse, negligence, abuse, accidents, alterations, incorrect installation, or tearing, alteration of labels, anti-counterfeiting marks, etc. will not be returned;
4. Products with gifts, combined sales products, gift packs, and suits cannot be partly returned;
5. If the customer does not apply for a return to the company and directly sends the goods back, UnionPay Watches and Jewelry shall not be liable for storage, re-delivery, or refunds, and the company has the right to dispose of the stranded goods when necessary.
6. The pictures and information are for reference only. There may be color difference between the product picture and the actual product due to problems such as shooting lighting and color difference of different displays. The product shall prevail in kind;
7. When returning the goods, the goods have not been opened, used, and the packaging remains the same as when they were sold. If there are gifts, please return them together.
8. If the receipt of all commodities exceeds 72 hours (subject to the receipt time shown on the logistics company's express order), if the commodity has quality problems, no return or exchange service will be provided. Goods can be guaranteed according to the original brand counters. Some brands do not have a free warranty for the first year, so they need to follow the paid maintenance policy and price list.
9. If it is a quality problem, please take a picture of the focus of the problem first, which must be clearly visible and emailed to us for review. If it can be sent back after review and approval, the returned goods must be packaged in good packaging (including package filling and outer packaging box or outer packaging bag). You can reuse the packaging materials when shipped by our company. Please be sure to Put enough stuffing in to avoid the collision sound inside the package or the small items scattered in the package. As the freight collect service is not supported temporarily, please pay the freight in advance when returning the goods, and send the freight payment voucher to our company.
10. Due to improper handling and any damage or loss of the goods during the return shipping process for any reason, the risk is borne by the buyer, and the company will not make any compensation or refund.
11. All non-quality issues require return and exchange of goods, and the freight will be borne by the buyer.
12. You need to send the returned goods as soon as possible after the application is approved.
13. When returning or exchanging goods, please be sure to keep the original brand packaging box or bag intact, with accessories, labels, manuals, etc., and the delivery note and the express receipt (if there is an invoice or a gift) with the product return. If the returned goods are missing the delivery note, the express delivery note, or the package is damaged/lost, it will not be handled for you even during the return period.
14. Ensure that the goods sold are genuine and have no quality problems. If you have any doubts about whether the goods are genuine when you use them, please provide a written appraisal from a professional quality supervision and inspection agency, and the company will deal with it in accordance with national regulations.
15. The above return and exchange policies are not applicable to goods purchased directly from stores.
16. The company reserves the right to modify the above return and exchange policies and shipping policies without any written notice.
Customers are requested to return all accessories and gifts as they are packaged to the following address and process. If the goods or gifts have been used or damaged, no return application will be accepted.
